Agreement of Release and Waiver Liability Form

I understand yoga is a physical activity, and it is my responsibility to take care of my body and to consult a physician if needed. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and do not have a medical condition which would cause injury if I travel and practice yoga.

I understand that classes during the retreat may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. I agree to let my yoga teacher know of any injuries, recent surgeries, or any physical limitations that may alter or impede my practice. I commit to honoring and respecting my body and being kind and gentle with where my physical practice may be day to day during the retreat.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this yoga retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illnesses or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in this yoga retreat and/or any activity during this retreat with Radiant Heart Yoga, and I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Radiant Heart Yoga and/or its teachers and staff for any injury, illness or damages that may be sustained as a result of participating in this retreat.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in this retreat, I assume and acknowledge my risk, known or unknown, regarding contracting Covid-19 while on this retreat, and I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Radiant Heart Yoga and/or its teachers and staff for any Covid-19 related injury, illness or damages that may be sustained as a result of participating in this retreat.

I agree to be photographed and/or videotaped during this retreat. I agree to have my photographs and/or video footage used in promotional material for Radiant Heart Yoga and/or used for any purpose they may deem necessary.

I agree to follow the safety protocols while traveling abroad with this retreat and stay close to the group unless otherwise scheduled and/or cleared with the retreat manager.

I agree to be aware of my surroundings at all times and while on any solo explorations away from the group, as well as let the retreat manager know of any non-scheduled activities that I will be doing so that I am accounted for.

I agree to be respectful and mindful of international countries’ laws, cultures, and customs, as well as be respectful, kind, and courteous to everyone involved in this retreat.

I am fully responsible for myself, including all my wellness and financial decisions.
