After moving to Northwest Arkansas, I found myself dealing with repeated injuries and diminishing returns from my workouts. As I approached 60, it became clear that something needed to change. Choosing to return to yoga—and specifically to practice with Amanda—has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

Amanda brings an exceptional level of expertise in both movement and breathwork. Her classes are thoughtfully structured, building over time in a way that challenges you while still meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, she creates an environment that allows you to safely push your limits and continue progressing.

In just over a year of practicing with her three times a week, the results have been remarkable. I’m stronger, more mobile, and—most importantly—injury-free. I’m now able to achieve poses I never would have thought possible.

If you’re looking for a sustainable way to build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in your body, I can’t recommend Amanda highly enough.

A good instructor knows her stuff and is able to convey that to her students. Great instructors, like Amanda, go beyond. Specifically, Amanda is great because of her approach and her content.
The first standout is that she is always prepared. Not once can I remember ever thinking, “She’s thinking on the fly.” Her classes are well-structured as if she spends significant time preparing for them. Secondly, her material is new each week (or is it every two?) Anyway, I have never been bored with repeat workouts. I cannot imagine she could go on forever creating original/unique workouts, but so far I cannot tell that she has ever repeated one. Lastly, her workouts make sense! Besides being appropriate for the type of class (e.g. yoga vs Pilates or strength vs stretch) her flows just make sense. All transitions from one element to the next follow a logical course. All of this plus she is positive, pleasant and sincere.
In a phrase, Amanda is the epitome of a consummate professional.

Amanda's Power Vinyasa class is nothing short of transformative. From the moment you step onto your mat, you’re guided through a dynamic, intelligently sequenced flow that challenges your strength, builds endurance, and deepens your mind-body connection. Her energy is both uplifting and grounded, as she creates an atmosphere where you can truly push your limits while still feeling supported.

What sets her apart is the intentionality behind every experience. Her classes are  purposeful, and the guided Breathwork seamlessly ties it all together.
